I am emailing you because I know you support our troops and I wanted to tell you about some exciting news from Move America Forward.

Move America Forward (MAF) is the nation's largest pro-troop, grassroots, organization, and coming this June 25th, they are holding their second annual "troopathon" to support our brave men and women serving in Iraq and Afghanistan

A troopathon is a live webcast of a ‘Jerry-Lewis style’ telethon sent out on video through a service called UStream.TV. Ustream is a cutting edge startup company that specializes in sending super high quality vide through the internet live. On June 25th, you will be able to log on to Troopathon.org or Ustream.TV and watch live as MAF holds this, their 2nd annual webcast titled “Honor Their Service.”

Last year, Move America Forward raised $1.5 million to send care packages to the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. They were joined by Michelle Malkin as co-host and got participation from Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, Ann Coulter, Oliver North, and many others for an 8 hour broadcast. They hosted bloggers, journalists, musicians like John Ondrasik from the band “Five For Fighting” and even had a pre-recorded video sent by General David Petraeus and a signed letter from President George W. Bush!

Together with UStream.TV and their cast of hosts and guests, MAF was able to raise $1.5 million in only 8 hours, which amounted to over 12,000 care packages that were sent to our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan!
